Should The Rwanda Mass Killing be Considered a Genocide?
The Rwandan massacre is considered a genocide. The google defintion of genocide is "the deliberate killing of a large group of people, especially those of a particular ethnic group or nation". In the Rwanda massacre thousands of people were killed based on their ethnicity. In the definition of a genocide it is described as a group killed, based on their values and ethnicity. The Tutsi were killed in the thousands because of their values and ethnicity.
